Adult Sisters’ Class – Terms & Conditions

1. Class Structure & Commitment

   • Classes run three days a week: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

   • Students are expected to attend regularly and punctually.

   • The course covers Quran reading (from basics to fluency), Tajweed, Salah, Duas, and Arabic writing.

   • Classes will run term time only (Madrasah Timetable)

2. Fees & Payment

   • The monthly fee is £45.

   • Payment must be made by cash/card on the first lesson of each month.

   • Fees are non-refundable, including missed classes or early withdrawal.

   • Partial attendance during the month does not reduce the fee amount.

3. Absences & Missed Lessons

   • If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to catch up.

   • Missed classes cannot be carried over or refunded.

4. Conduct & Etiquette

   • Students must observe Islamic etiquette and respect all staff and fellow students.

   • The class is a safe and supportive environment — inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.

5. Materials & Resources

   • Any materials or books required will be informed by the teacher. Some may be provided, others may need to be purchased separately.

6. Class Cancellations

   • In the rare case a class needs to be cancelled (e.g., teacher illness), a makeup session may be offered or that class will be credited accordingly.

7. Leaving the Class

   • If a student decides to leave the class, notice should be given before the start of the next month.

   • No refunds will be given for students who leave mid-month.

8. Changes to Terms

   • The management reserves the right to review and amend these terms as necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
